In-person Counselling
In-person counselling sessions offer several advantages over online or phone sessions. First, being physically present with your counsellor creates a more personal and empathetic connection. This connection builds trust and rapport, which is crucial for successful therapy. Additionally, in-person sessions allows me, as your counsellor, to read body language and nonverbal cues, which can help me better understand and respond to your needs. Finally, in-person sessions offer a safe and confidential space for clients to share their concerns.
Online and Phone Counselling
Online and Phone counselling sessions are available Monday through Saturday and are helpful and convenient way to address your mental health when time, location or mobility is an issue.
Individual or Couples or Family Counselling
All available sessions can be booked as Individual or Couples or Family Sessions

We have New Client options. When booking for the first time you may choose a standard session or one of these introductory options:
- a 15-minute, free phone or online video consultation, or
- a "Try It Out" 30-minute phone counselling session for $30.
